Rightly Guided was the brainchild of a few friends with decades (collectively) of experience in caring for the community through the National Disability Insurance Scheme. We felt that the human touch of the industry was being lost - it began to feel almost transactional.
The creation of Rightly Guided is our attempt to bring back that human touch. With our experience and expertise in multiple fields, our ability to support you and those you may care will give you back your life.

Hadi Hijazi
Hadi is an experienced disability care professional with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. With over three years of experience in the field, Hadi has worked with a wide range of age groups and disabilities, providing compassionate and individualised care to each of his clients. Hadi's commitment to the well-being and quality of life of those he serves is reflected in his approach to care, which emphasises respect, dignity, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Understanding that each individual has unique needs and abilities, while working closely with clients and their families to create a care plan that meets their specific needs. Highly skilled in a variety of care tasks, including personal care, medication management, and daily living assistance. patience attentiveness and dedicated are qualities that providing exceptional care to all his clients entail.
